Title: Alien mind

"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."
-- Arthur C. Clarke, "Profiles of The Future", 1961 (Clarke's third law)

The idea behind this picture is an alien shown in his native environment, telepathically manipulating a holographic display. The toughest part in making this piece was to not to make the environment too prominent, yet still have a clearly distinct alien look and feel to it.

In mid 1995 I bought my first 3D software called Bryce and have been using it ever since. It's great for landscape creation and much else. In fact Bryce has been essential for the creation of most of my sci-fi, surreal and space artwork. A 3D software I can highly recommend:

Bryce 6.1
